En el CEIP San Fernando, nos hemos adentrado en conocer aspectos relacionados con la gran ciudad y esto nos lleva a desarrollo de gramática y fonética (tiendas, rincones, lugares...).

Esta semana hemos recibido la visita de Tonny Higgins, un ponente británico que nos abrió las puertas de Londres. En este caso, como de costumbre, los alumnos y alumnas han participado activamente y hemos descubierto anécdotas históricas sobre cultura, lugares famosos, deportes actuales, entre otras.

Además, en clase, también estamos volando sobre la gran ciudad y, a partir de una lista de vocabulario que hemos entregado*, ha comenzado la acción. Continuaremos en otras sesiones con más detalles y vocabulario relacionado.

AIRPORT /ˈeə.pɔːt/

Meaning= a place where aircraft regularly take off and land, with buildings for passengers to wait in.

Meaning=an organisation where people and businesses can invest or borrow money,change it to foreign money, etc., or a building where these services are offered.

Meaning: a place, often a very large building, where there is a large number of different shops.
